• Approval to send up to 2 members to the 2026 LAP Conference at The Sahara Las Vegas (July 12–16, 2026); travel dates July 11 & 17 — costs include $107.71/night hotel (tax & fees included), airport/hotel transportation, lost time, per diem, and up to $600 registration
• Approval of up to $800 for Taco Catering at the May Business Meeting
