I hope you are all doing well. The Monthly Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday October 01, 2024, at our Local Lodge at 4PM. Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.

AGENDA ITEMS

• IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Business Meeting for Tuesday November 05, 2024, will be moved to Wednesday November 06, 2024. This change was made due to the Presidential Election.
• Reminder, the local will be conducting a six-month audit from 10/03/2024 through 10/04/2024.
• Nominations for Executive Board Officers and LAX/SNA Grievances Committees will take place at the regular business meeting on Wednesday November 06,2024 at 4PM at our local. All candidates must be in good standing and meet all the required prerequisites.
• Approval to donate $3K to the GDA/TLC for The William W. Winpisinger Annual Charity Banquet on 11/16/2024. Additional information will be provided at the business meeting on 10/01/2024.
• Approval for 1 day of lost time for up to 6 members and $200.for food and refreshments. The E-Board is initiating this action to facilitate a transition plan that will assist the new E-Board in the new year. We will also put a plan that will address our banking and other related businesses in advance as well. TBD
