Injured on the job? You have the right to file a workers compensation claim. Report any workplace injury to your supervisor immediately, then contact the lodge for help with your claim.
1. Report Immediately
Notify your supervisor and document the incident in writing as soon as possible after the injury.
2. File Your Claim
Complete the carrier's claim paperwork. Call the lodge office if you need help with the process.
3. Know Your Rights
You're protected from retaliation for filing a claim. The union is here to support you every step of the way.
