Dear Sisters and Brothers,
I hope you are all doing well. The monthly business meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 04, 2025, at our local lodge at 4:00 PM. Please arrive early so we can begin on time
AGENDA ITEMS

• Approval for E-Board training, up to 2 days. Dates to be determined. Cost to include loss time and up to $200.00 for food and refreshments.
• Approval to send Rene Burgess to W3 Election Training. Date to be determined. Cost to include W3 per diem and lost time.
• Volunteer tellers are needed for Friday, April 4, 2025, for the District 142 Special Election. We need 3 tellers from 6am-8am and 3 tellers from 6 pm-8pm. Total of 6 tellers.
• Approval to send 8 Delegates and two alternates to the 2025 IAM Transportation Conference from June 22, 2025, to June 26, 2025. Cost to include $154.00 hotel plus $45.00 resort fee per day, transportation to and from airport to hotel, per diem, and lost time.
  Member must be in good standing.
  The nomination will be held at the February General Meeting, and the election will be held on the same day at the end of the meeting if needed.
