The next business meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, at 4:00 pm.

AGENDA ITEMS

1. Approval to send $100.00 for sponsorship of the D142 Pickle & Pups Pickleball Tournament May 5th 2026, in Tempe AZ, to benefit GDA.
2. Approval to send $500.00 to the “IAM 2026 Scholarship Fund”
3. Approval to send 2 people plus 1 alternate, to the D142 2026 Woman’s And Human Rights Summit. June 3-June 4. Cost to include hotel $84.00 Per night + tax and fees, Lost time, Transportation to/from airport to hotel, Per diem, and customary expenses. Travel Dates June 2 and June 5.
4. Approval to spend up to $1,500.00 for L1932 Mother’s Day Tea, set for Saturday May 9th 2026. Cost to include food, beverages, decorations, flowers, and prizes for drawing.

Deadline for Bylaw Proposals is Wednesday April 15th.
