The January Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday January 7th, 2025 at 4PM

Greetings Sisters and Brothers,
I hope you are all doing well. The Monthly Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday
January 07, 2025, at our Local Lodge at 4PM.

Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.

• Approval of sending up to 2 members belonging to District 142 to The Women’s Committee Summit from 02/03/2025 through 02/06/2025. Cost to include hotel accommodations of $204 per night + tax, lost time, per diem, travel cost from airport/ hotel / airport. Members must be in good standing.
• Approval of sending up to 2 members belonging to District 141 to The Community Service Committee workshop from 03/25/2025 through 03/27/2025. Cost to include hotel accommodations of $143 per night, + tax, lost time, per diem and travel cost from airport/hotel/airport. Members must be in good standing.
• Approval of sending Ashanta Marzett to Women’s leadership class at W-3 (TBD). Cost to include lost time and $40 at the beginning of the trip and $40 on the return. Members must be in good standing.
• Approval of sending Maritcza Flores to Recording Secretary class at W-3 from 04/13/2025 through 04/18/2025. Cost to include lost time and $40 at the start of the trip and $40 on the return. Members must be in good standing.
• Approval to train up to 10 new shop stewards belonging to DL 142 on 01/14/2025. Cost includes lost time and spending up to $200 on food and refreshments. Members must be in good standing
