The May Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 7, 2024 at 4PM

Greetings Sisters and Brothers,

I hope you are all doing well. The Monthly Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday 05/07/2024 at our Local Lodge at 4PM.

Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.

AGENDA ITEM

• Just a friendly reminder! We will be holding an election for delegates to the Grand lodge and District Lodge 141 conventions on May 07,2024. It will be at our local lodge from 8am to 8pm.
• Approval to send up to 7 members from the Legislative committee to The Legislative Conference from 06/16/2024 through 06/20/2024. Cost includes $292 plus tax per night. Lost time, per diem and travel cost from airport to hotel to airport. Members must be in good standing.
• Approval to spend up to $500 for an audit stamp.
• Approval to send Kimberlee Schindler to train the trainer class at W-3 from 05/19/2024 to 05/24/2024. Cost to include lost time and $40 for the trip going over and $40 for the return.

Members must be in good standing.
