Greetings Sisters and Brothers,
I hope you are all doing well. The Monthly Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday 06/04/2024 at our
Local Lodge at 4PM. Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.

AGENDA ITEM

• Approval to donate $200 to Guide Dogs of America- Tender Loving Canines.
• Approval to send up to 4 EAP Representatives to the Labor Assistance Professionals National
Conference from 07/14/2024 through/07/18/2024. Cost to include hotel accommodations of
$100.91 per night+ tax, lost time, per-diem, $400 registration fee and transportation cost from
airport to hotel to airport. Members must be in good standing.
• Approval to send up to 4 Legislative Committee members to the Cal Conference of Machinists
2024 Summer Conference and The California Labor Federation Biennial Convention from
07/15/2024 through 07/17/2024. Cost includes hotel accommodation of $269 per night + tax+
resort fee, lost time, per diem and transportation costs from airport/train station to hotel to
airport/train station. Members must be in good standing.
• We will begin to work on making the necessary repairs to our buildings. We are also looking for
volunteers to help clean up the back room. If you are interested in assisting, please contact
anyone from the E-Board. Date to be determined.
